What is boxx Jewelry?
How does it work?
- After you sign up online and tell us your fashion jewelry preferences and budget, a stylist reviews your profile and selects quality pieces that styled for you.
- When completed, you will be charged a $15 styling fee and your boxx is conveniently delivered to your door. Shipping is always free!
- Once you receive your boxx, you get one week to try on the jewelry and decide what makes you shine. Keep what you love, send back the rest. It’s that easy!
- If any pieces don’t make you smile, just put them back in the boxx, place the boxx into the return bag, and place it back in your mailbox or drop it off at any USPS location.
- When it’s received by boxx, we will charge your credit card for what you keep and credit the styling fee to your purchase.
- You will automatically receive 4 seasonal boxxes a year. Or you can sign in and request a new box anytime you like. You may also pause or cancel anytime you like.

Is Boxx Jewelry a subscription service?
Here at Boxx, each boxx will be styled to your preferences and fashion, you decide what to keep and what to send back, and you are only charged for what you keep.
You have the option to pause or request boxxes at any time, and we will send you jewelry tailored to your style and the season!
You are charged a $15 styling fee in order to receive a boxx. That fee is credited toward any purchases made from that boxx.

What does "pause" and "request" boxxes mean?
If you want to pause that boxx, you can visit the My Boxx page where you have the option to pause your next shipment.
If you would like a boxx to be sent before the next one ships, visit the My Boxx page where you can click “Request Now” to request a boxx to be styled and sent immediately. This will reset your quarterly shipping cycle, and the next boxx will ship 3 months after your requested boxx.
How do I update my billing info?

If you no longer want an account with Boxx Jewelry, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let our Style Team know that you want to cancel your account.
How much does it cost?

- The price of each item of jewelry
For each boxx, there is a $15 styling fee that is charged when a new boxx is styled for you. The styling fee is credited toward any purchases you make from that boxx.
The average price point is $75 for necklaces, $65 for bracelets, and $42 for earrings. We carry a wide variety of price points and styles and we include items that fit to a price range that you specify.
We also offer a Whole Boxx Discount of 15% if you decide you love everything!
When will my card be charged?
After you return your boxx, your card will be charged for any items you keep. If you plan to keep the entire boxx, send us a quick email and let us know or we will automatically charge you 5 days after the due date of your boxx return date. Either way, you’ll enjoy a Whole Boxx Discount of 15%!
Does the styling fee roll over if I decide not to keep anything?
Leaving feedback on each item is a great way to ensure your stylist sends you jewelry that you love in future boxxes.
Can you give me an example of how I'm charged?
You then pack up the remaining items and return the boxx. When we receive it, your total is $100 for the items, but we will credit the styling fee of $15, bringing your total balance due to $85. We then charge your card the $85 balance and you’re done!
General Shipping Information
To sign up for our service, you will be required to submit a valid shipping address. We are currently only servicing valid Texas addresses.
When your boxx is shipped, you will receive an email
Returns are also very easy! Just boxx up the jewelry you don’t love, place the return label on the re-sealable envelope, place the boxx in the envelope, and put it in your mailbox. That’s it! We will notify you when we receive your boxx.
If you’ve received tracking info stating that your boxx is on its way and you think that you won’t have time to meet the 7 day return window, just email us and let us know. We’ll be happy to work with you on a new return date!
We will always email you to let you know when your boxx return date is approaching. If extenuating circumstances have caused you to miss the return window and we charge you for items that are on their way back, don’t fret! We will always take care of our members. Just shoot us an email and we’ll work with you on getting everything squared away.
To cancel a shipment that has already been sent, send us an email and we will work with you to get the boxx sent back to Boxx Jewelry.
There is a problem with my shipment!
If your shipment has already been sent and it’s going to the wrong address, email us and let us know the details so that we can get it to the correct location.
If the tracking information shows that your boxx was delivered but you haven’t received it, please email us quickly so that we can locate the boxx and get it to you as soon as possible. No woman should be without her jewelry for very long!
If you have extenuating circumstances that will cause you to miss the one week return deadline please contact your stylist by emailing email@example.com.
How do returns work?
How long do I have to send back the items that I don't want to keep?
Can I request specific pieces?
For future boxxes, we send an email before your boxx is styled asking you if you have any requests. Simply tell your stylist what you’d like to see in your next boxx and our team will work to make that happen.
If you’re on social media and you see an item in one of our posts, pictures, or videos, just use #boxxitup and mention the item and we will will work to send you that item in your next boxx!
What if I have a specific outfit that I want styled?
Have a big event coming up? Let us style you! Just go to the Event Boxx page and follow our easy steps to receive a styled box for your event. It’s that easy!
What types of jewelry might you send me?

I received an item that is damaged!
If this happens, please email your stylist. If you want the same item, we’ll send you a new item right away! If we don’t have that one in stock, then we’ll send you a similar style.
Can I exchange a piece I've already purchased?
Our stylists work hard to get you the pieces that best fit your style profile, so if you don’t love something, make sure to tell us so that we can learn your style and send you better pieces in the future.
How is boxx Jewelry different from shopping online or in a store?
You won’t have to spend hours looking for pieces that fit your style. You will have the luxury of being able to try on and feel the jewelry prior to purchasing it. If you don’t love something, just pack it back up in the boxx and put it in your mailbox. Returns are that easy and shipping is always free!
One more advantage of boxx are our regular shipments. We understand that you are busy and may not have time to regularly shop for the fashion accessories that you want. So, we set you up with regular shipments so that you’ll frequently have a new boxx of jewelry waiting for you when you get home.
